Victor tells us the good news of Under Grain reopening, temporarily, as Under Grain Under the Stars - as the Michelin Star restaurant moves upstairs to the exclusive roof of the Rosselli AX-Privilege in Valletta. Victor also tells us about his amazing career; cooking in 5 star restaurants in London, Switzerland and Norway, chef competitions and the utter delight at being awarded, with his team, a Michelin Star. Under Grain Under the Stars opens from Friday June 5th 2020.
